Hotel Accommodations: SpringHill Suites Orange Beach

  • Group Rate: $153/night (plus tax).
  • Deadline: Sunday, October 4th, or whenever the block sells out.
  • How to Book: A dedicated reservation link will be included in your Rendezvous registration confirmation email.
  • Perks: Complimentary on-site self-parking is included.
  • Note: Demand is expected to be incredibly high so book as soon as you complete your Rendezvous registration. Rooms booked after October 4th will be subject to standard market rates and availability.

Boat Slip Reservations: The Wharf Marina

The Wharf Marina is the official event marina, located just a short walk from the event center. It will host all three Looper Crawls.

  • Booking Process: You cannot book a slip directly with the marina.
    1. During your paid Rendezvous registration, indicate that you need a slip and provide your boat's specifications.
    2. AGLCA will forward your details to the marina staff.
    3. Marina staff will call you directly to confirm your slip and collect payment.
  • Important: Please do not call the marina. They will only accept reservations for names on the official AGLCA registration list.
  • Book Early:  Slips usually sell out within a few days of registration opening.

  • Daily Transient: $3.25/foot + taxes & fees
  • Weekly: $14.00/foot + electric, taxes & fees
  • Monthly: $16.00/foot + electric, taxes & fees
