Introduction to the Great Loop
This webinar is free for anyone to watch. It answers the majority of the questions those new to the Great Loop ask.
Canadians on the Loop
In this free webinar for AGLCA members only, Canadian members will learn what they need to consider before embarking on a Great Loop journey. Topics covered include entrance into the U.S. by boat, using the U.S. Customs and Border Protection app, how long you can stay from both an immigration and a taxation standpoint, COVID-related requirements and other items you may need to consider. This webinar was updated for 2022 and initially presented on April 19, 2022.
Route Trip: Southern Route through Georgian Bay
Many Loopers take Georgian Bay and the North Channel, but there is another route from Georgian Bay that allows Loopers to continue the route. Join Canadian Loopers Dale Anderson and Barbara Teal-Anderson as they present Southern Route through Georgian Bay. They have cruised the route and will share the details in this free webinar. This webinar was initially presented on May 31, 2022.
Nebo Webinar
Log Your Loop – Automatically!
Nebo is the official AGLCA app for logging your Looping adventure and keeping in touch with other Loopers.
Stephen Winter from Nebo will present an overview of Nebo, with a focus on the nebolink GPS logger. A nebolink on your boat means every leg of the Loop will be logged without you lifting a finger, and there are many other advantages as well. Safety is one of them!
