The Fall Rendezvous is officially sold out! However, you can still join our waitlist.
- If a spot opens up, we will contact candidates in the order received.
- You will get an automated confirmation email once you submit the waitlist form, so there is no need to re-submit or contact AGLCA directly to check your status.
- Unfortunately, there are no other opportunities that will allow participation at this event other than a full registration.

Looper Crawls
Due to the increased capacity created with new room configurations at the event facility for full Rendezvous attendees, Looper Crawl day passes will not be available at this Rendezvous. Looper Crawls will only be open to full Rendezvous registrants.
Key Event Details
Host Location: The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama (Orange Beach Event Center), located directly on the Great Loop route.
Convenience: All venues—including accommodations, restaurants, bars, and entertainment—are within walking distance of each other.
Marina Reservations: Members traveling by boat can reserve slips at The Wharf Marina directly through the AGLCA registration process.
Hotel Accommodations: If you need a sleeping room, a booking link for SpringHill Suites will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
Important Dates & Registration Steps
- Registration Launch: Wednesday, August 5th at 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time.
- How to Register:
1. Review all event details using the tabs on this event page before registration opens.
2. Once it goes live at noon, look for the "Book Now" button.
3. On a computer, this will be under the graphic in the right corner. On a mobile device or tablet, it will be listed under the menu options below the graphic.
4. Tip: If the button doesn't appear right at noon, try refreshing your browser screen.
