Shipping Information

If you plan to send welcome bag items or door prizes, they must be sent via UPS and must arrive between Saturday, September 13th and Wednesday, September 17th. Please make sure you address your package(s) as outlined below and make sure to include the phone number on the label as well.

Would you like to put your business in front of attendees by adding an item to our welcome bags? If so, please send 80 items. If you plan to provide multiple items for each welcome bag, we require that you package them together to create one insert for each bag. Please tell us what you will be sending.

If you'd like to publicize your business by providing door prizes, please tell us what you will be sending (maximum of 1/sponsor).
