HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A room block has been arranged at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach at The Wharf with a group rate of $149/night plus tax and the deadline to reserve a room at the group rate is Wednesday, October 15th, or whenever the room block sells out. We expect high demand for hotel rooms so please don't delay in making your hotel reservation after registering for the Rendezvous. Rooms reserved after October 15th will be at the current rate, if available, not at the discounted rate.  A link to make your reservation will be included in your registration confirmation email.  Complimentary self-parking is available on-site.

SLIP RESERVATIONS

To accommodate all of the expected Loopers who will come by boat, The Wharf Marina is the "official" Rendezvous marina.

Slip Reservation Instructions:
You will not be able to book a slip at The Wharf until you have processed a paid registration for the Rendezvous, indicating you would like a slip. During the registration process, you will be asked details about your boat. AGLCA will collect that information and forward it to The Wharf as paid registrations are processed. The marina staff will then call you to confirm.  Please be sure to follow this process to help us ensure registration goes smoothly.  The Wharf will not accept your slip reservation unless you are on AGLCA's registration list.   PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE MARINA but be patient while you wait for them to contact you.

The Wharf Marina is a short walking distance from the event center where the Rendezvous sessions and meals will be held.  We'll also hold three Looper Crawls at the marina.  The Wharf is offering discounted daily, weekly and monthly rates for Loopers coming by boat to the Rendezvous.  Transient rates are $3.25/foot plus taxes and fees.  Weekly rates are $14.00/foot plus electric, taxes and fees.  Monthly rates are $16.00/foot plus electric, taxes and fees.  For details on arriving by boat at The Wharf, click here.

Please ensure you register for the Rendezvous promptly in order to get a slip if you are coming by boat.  Rendezvous slips usually sell out within a few days of registration opening.
