Welcome to AGLCA's Virtual Docktails where Loopers can connect on special interest topics! Each Zoom social breakout room will be hosted by a Gold Looper or a representative from AGLCA. The groups are intended to be interactive and fun with no structured agenda or presentations! For the August 20th virtual event, the breakout room topics are below. Ladies on the Loop
Ladies, please join us to connect with other women about the exciting times you've experienced preparing for or cruising the Loop. You never know what will come up in this group...restaurant recommendations, grocery shopping tips, where to get your nails done, how to help with boat maintenance...you name it, and the Ladies of the Loop have discussed it! If you're not sure you're ready to be a "Lady of the Loop", this group is also for you! It will be a great place to discuss any concerns and get some virtual support from those who've gone before you!
Mainship Owners Unite
Did you know that Mainship is one of the most popular boat-makes on the Loop? Of course you did, their owners will proudly tell you! If you're the owner of a Mainship, join this group of Loopers who share a love of the brand. The conversation doesn't need to stay specific to your boats, but we know you'll have a lot in common right off the bat. We also encourage anyone considering purchasing a Mainship to join in; however, please do so at your own risk. We can almost guarantee you'll end the night sold on a Mainship!

Whether it's a secluded spot in Canada, a Loop group making their way down the TennTom, or a special spot along the coast, anchorages tend to produce some of the best Loop memories! Join this group to share your favorite stops or learn about anchorages you'll want to visit on your Loop.

Whether you're just getting started and eager to learn, or if you have some seasoned tips to share, your participation in this group will be valued.
Sailboats on the Loop
One of the AGLCA's frequently asked questions is "can I do the Loop on a sailboat?" The answer is a big "Yes!" We love seeing all of the sailboats that have done, and are currently doing the Loop! And we know there are many more to come. If Looping on a sailboat is your thing (past, present or future), please join us for this fun Virtual Docktails.
AGLCA Member Q&A
Meet some of our newest members (or long-term members with questions!) during this open Q&A facilitated by AGLCA Director Kim Russo. We recommend you check out our website tutorials to get an idea of the membership benefits available to you, and then come with your questions about anything and everything related to AGLCA. Kim will be happy to answer whatever is unclear about what AGLCA offers. We are fortunate to have a full-time staff ready and willing to help as you plan and execute your Great Loop adventure. Use this session to learn more about everything included with your AGLCA membership or ask Kim general questions about the Great Loop.
During the registration process, you will inidicate which breakout room you plan to attend but you will also be able to move to another breakout room during the event if you choose to do so.
Upon registering, you will receive the Zoom link for the virtual docktails but you will also be able to find it in "My Events", which can be found under "My Account" on the homepage menu bar of the AGLCA website when you are logged in. Just click "View Booking" by the appropriate event to see the Zoom link.
