Join AGLCA and re-connect with your fellow Gold Loopers at the 2026 Gold Looper Reunion being held in conjunction with Looper-palooza in Punta Gorda, FL at the Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center.  

Registration opens Monday, October 27th at noon eastern.

The reunion will kick off with a cash bar reception and dinner on Tuesday, January 27th.  This dinner will be for Gold Loopers only.  Then, the next day, there will be sessions on cruising to The Bahamas and cruising the Down East Loop as well as roundtable discussions and hands-on demonstrations on various topics.  During a combined lunch with Looper-palooza attendees, you’ll have the opportunity to impart your wisdom and experience to those currently cruising or planning to cruise the Great Loop.

AGLCA has secured discounted room blocks at the following hotels.  Registration confirmations will include instructions on how to reserve rooms at the discounted rates listed below.  Rooms are on a first come, first served basis for Looper-palooza and Gold Looper Reunion attendees so register and reserve early to ensure you get the room of your choice.

FEES

The Gold Looper Reunion registration fee is still being finalized but registration includes one cash bar reception and one Gold Looper dinner on January 27th as well as one combined lunch with Looper-palooza attendees and sessions on January 28th.  Registration will be open through Sunday, January 19th or whenever we reach capacity for the event, whichever comes first.

Cancellation Policy:  Should you need to cancel, we will refund your registration fees less a cancellation penalty as follows, based on your cancellation date:

OTHER DETAILS

Overall Event Times:  The "official" event is expected to begin on Tuesday, January 27th at 5:30 pm with a cash bar reception, but please plan to pick up your name badge and welcome materials any time that day between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm.  The Reunion will end after the afternoon sessions on Wednesday, January 28th around 5:00 pm. Check back for exact times when the agenda is finalized, though.
 
Nearest Airport: The Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is less than 8 miles away from our event location but flights are limited. For more flight options, the Ft. Myers (RSW) and Sarasota/Bradenton (SRQ) airports are both within 40 miles of Punta Gorda.

Event Emails: Please be sure to add [email protected] to your contact list or safe senders list in your email account.  Your registration confirmation email, and other important emails leading up to the Reunion, will come from this address.  We'd hate for you to miss something because our emails land in your spam folder.

Other Helpful Tips:

  • For the comfort of all attendees, no pets will be allowed in the meal/session spaces. Service animals are permitted.
  • Meeting rooms are often chilly.  Please consider dressing in layers.
  • The dress for all parts of the Reunion, including the dinner, is very casual.
