Salon is very large, bright and comfortable. “Bigger than a New York apartment” we have been told! Comfy twin barrel chairs and a couch big enough for 4 or 5 people. Big windows provide great view and light. External detachable sun screens keep things cool in wormer sunny climes. Interior window blinds provide privacy. Fantastic built in screen in the entry door along with four openable windows with screens make things comfortable when weather permits. The 3 AC/heat units are able to keep up with any temperatures. TV is mounted on storage cabinet.
Private master suite with comfy walk around queen bed aft. Hanging lockers and lots of cabinets and drawers. It is adjacent to a full head (bathroom) with toilet, sink, and shower with glass door. Lots of mirrors and even a sit down vanity in the suite. Lots of windows bring in light and air.
Forward guest cabin has comfortable sleeping room for two. It also has a full head with sink, toilet, and shower with glass door. Plenty of storage for clothes and bonus storage under bed (we use that for spares and supplies).
Galley is U-shaped and has full refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, electric oven, and new induction twin burner stove top, 2 basin sink. Dinette has custom epoxy coated butcher block table. Ample cabinet storage space in galley and extra storage under dinette seats and base.
Flybridge is very spacious with upgraded seating. Great visibility and full enclosure with multiple zippered openings for great ventilation. Full instrumentation and controls include radar, twin large Raymarine touch screen chart plotters/MFDs, AIS, autopilot (2024), VHF (2024), bow thruster control, depth and speed, remote anchor windlass control, remote spotlight control, forward looking sonar/depth, RPM, oil pressure, engine temperature, water temperature, engine room camera, separate throttle and gear controls . Connections for 4 USB and 1 cigarette plug.
Large swim platform with moulded in steps for easy access. Large “dock box” on platform for storage. Dinghy easily loads from starboard side onto davit using hand crank or using portable drill/adapter. No sweat! Side and aft boarding ladders for safety and swimming.
Aft deck is covered by hardtop and has full enclosure with screened openings. Dorm size 120/12 v refrigerator in bar/storage unit. Great space for relaxing or entertaining. Twin glass side doors open to wide side decks with nice sturdy safety rails for easy, secure access to foredeck. Sun pad on foredeck. Fender holders on rails make storage quick. Anchor foot controls right at windlass. Vulcan anchor with 200 feet of 5/16 chain mounted on roller on pulpit.

- Boat is in Port Clinton, Ohio. Buyer can take possession and move on immediately, or heated winter storage is available on site if you’re not ready to depart yet. Dockage paid for remainder of season. Deposit placed to insure winter storage if desired.
