Salon
The salon is accessed through double doors from the lazarette or the enclosed stairs from the helm. The updated salon, remote control fan, remote control custom ceiling tv lift and Sony Bravia smart TV 56”, remote control air/heat all from power recliner. Tv is connected to a KVH HD7 Tracvision satellite which allows for tv even while under way in HD. Tracvision can be used with Direct TV or Dish (will require your own box). TV also has local channel antenna. Also, a starboard seating area for more entertaining when tv is tucked up into ceiling. Power trip and back up battery for TV and accessories included. There are ample windows for natural light and custom blinds that can diffuse light or darken. All lighting is LED throughout. There is a pass-through opening into the galley. Two double doors into the rear lazarette open and latch for a big view and fresh air with custom bug screens in place.
Lazarette
fully enclosed in EZ2CY (acrylic polycarbonate). This is UV resistant, it won’t turn yellow or hazy material. The view is amazingly clear. This area is a great alternative area for dining or entertaining guests. Storage under lazarette for spare boat parts, included are- engine propeller, one transmission (rebuilt), new flex plate, one Belmar 100-amp alternator(new) , one main engine raw water pump (rebuilt), one generator raw water pump (not rebuilt). Many more misc. minor parts and impellers, gaskets, new injector, fuel and oil filters, engine belts and rubber hoses and couplers. The engine room is accessed through the main salon with gas assist operated door hatch. A new stacked Whirlpool washer dryer is enclosed behind mahogany cabinet doors, and storage for cleaning products under steps.
Accommodations
This spacious state room has 7’ ceilings, more teak and holly flooring, another remote-control fan and mahogany cabinets. To port as you enter the master stateroom are the sink and vanity with custom granite countertop and led back lighted tall vanity mirror. Head and shower/tub combination is accessed through a door for privacy from master bed. Raritan Elegance/macerator toilets. The center line walk around is a queen bed, with easy step-up access. Wall mount TV . All surrounded by mahogany cabinets with drawers and hanging closets (lined in cedar). Under the bed is a drawer storage also. There are also several floor storage access hatches. LED lighting on bulk wall and overhead on the ceiling. Many functional port holes for fresh air with bug screens in place (have extra new bug screens).
Bonus Room
A bonus room is located across from the galley on the starboard side. There is a large fold down table, cardboard trash compactor, large food pantry, access to second head and shower with custom sink and granite top with lighted tall LED mirror (separate door for head privacy). Pilothouse/Helm
The elevated pilothouse offers 360-degree view with several opening windows. A heavy-duty reclining captain’s chair with fold away footrest make it a pleasure to drive. All windows have darkening pull down shades. An L shaped settee and folding tabletop offers a great entertainment area. The L shaped settee also can be made into a bed for guests. All windows have outside snap on mesh for privacy. The 32’ smart tv is connected to the KVH satellite (HD7 ) and a new Shakespeare 3020 Seawatch marine antenna for when local channels are available. The TV also can be switched to view 12 owl security cameras. With OWL app on phone and onboard hotspot (not included) you can view boat from anywhere . It also records any motion and saves it to hard drive for future viewing. Port and Starboard doors can latch open , used with bug screens allows for fresh air flow and quick access to deck. All cabinets are Mahogony.
