If you are looking for a nicely equipped blue water cruiser that offers Far East craftsmanship and a well-designed layout, you need to see this Perry designed Tatoosh 42. She features teak decks that were completely refurbished in 2014 including removal of all fasteners, re-coring where needed, vacuum bagging, application of AwlCare paint, and epoxy fastening of the new teak. Deck hardware has been removed and re-bedded to prevent moisture intrusion to the coring.

The long-encapsulated fin keel and skeg hung rudder make her worthy of ocean conditions while keeping her maneuverable in tighter places. The comfortable deep aft cockpit with custom cushions is protected by a new dodger, bimini, connector, and full enclosure with screens. Down below, the interior is welcoming with a large U-shaped galley, open salon, and two private staterooms with two private heads. The owner's aft stateroom has ensuite access to the large aft head complete with shower stall. There are plenty of storage opportunities for long stays aboard.

She has been on the hard since 2023 but was recently splashed, rigged, and all systems checked to be ready for survey/sea trial. Her hull was clear coated by a previous owner and there are areas where the clearcoat is peeling but this is purely cosmetic.
