Submit a Speaking Proposal

Sponsors are invited to propose a topic to present at one of our “Looping 101” sessions at the Spring Rendezvous in May. This is a great way to share your expertise with our members. Use your personal experience to present a session that is compelling for Loopers on any facet of the journey, be they planners, do-ers, or veterans. Most importantly, the session cannot be used to promote your business (but shameless self-promotion is welcome in the Show & Tell room!). Where proposed sessions are of equal merit, preference will be given to Admiral level sponsors, followed by Commander and Lieutenant Plus level, and then Lieutenant level. Your proposed topic will be added to a poll we will send in the coming weeks to those already registered to attend the event. We'll use the poll results to help determine what topics should be included on the agenda.  The deadline to submit topics was Friday, February 13th so the form is no longer available for submissions.
