Can't Attend? Here's How You Can Still be Involved!
Provide a door prize:
We love giving out door prizes at Rendezvous, but we find that they sometimes take a long time after our already long days! So, we will be setting up the door prizes as a raffle: members will be given tickets to try to win the door prizes they'd like to take home. They can enter the raffles for the prizes they'd like to win, and the drawings will be held at each dinner.
Sponsors are asked to donate two door prizes for this event. (See below for shipping info.) Your name and the prize you’ve provided will be announced just before drawing the winner’s name, and your participation will be listed in our Rendezvous booklet. Our members love to win stuff! Any items are welcome, but gift certificates, product samples, logo wear, and books are always a hit with this group!
Provide a welcome bag insert:
A welcome bag insert gives you the opportunity to put your message in the hands of each attendee. You can include anything you’d like to promote your business or provide information to our group, such as logo items, brochures, coupons, and more. Please send 180 items for the welcome bags. Packages should arrive between April 28th and April 30th. Packages arriving before April 28th will incur a $5 per box charge.
Place an ad in the Rendezvous booklet:
All sponsors receive an ad in the Rendezvous booklet, which is distributed to all attendees. If you’d like to use an ad previously submitted for use in an event booklet or directory, do nothing. We’ll take care of everything for you. If you’d like to create a new ad, please send artwork to Karen Nettles ([email protected]) by Tuesday, March 31st.

Full Page (Admirals):
7.5 inches wide by 10 inches high
Half Page (Commanders):
7.5 inches wide by 4.75 inches high

Upgrade to a full page or a 1/2 page ad in the Rendezvous booklet and get noticed! These ads are included in the booklet that all attendees receive at the event.
