Exhibit Information

There’s no better way to get to know our members than to socialize with them! Join us at the Spring Rendezvous as an Exhibitor and you’ll have multiple opportunities across four days to mingle with our attendees, tell them who you are, show them what you can do and sell them your goods and services.

The Spring Rendezvous exhibit space will be located in the pre-function space so you'll be sure to capture the attention of attendees as they go to the various sessions. The exhibit hours will be the same as the seminar hours each day, with the first day of the Rendezvous being the busiest. In addition to the daytime exhibit hours, we will be holding two evening receptions to bring even more attention to the businesses that are joining us.  Sponsor door prize raffles will also be on display during the receptions. 

Exhibit tables will be assigned based on sponsor level and registration date. The exhibit fees are:

  • Admirals: Free
  • Commanders: $600
  • Lieutenant Plus: $850
  • Lieutenant: $950

All Exhibitors receive:

  • 6’ table for duration of show
  • Lunch (Sun and Mon) for up to two reps per day
  • Dinner (Sat and Mon) for up to two reps per day (Admirals only)
  • Exclusive use of the Show & Tell room for 20 minutes  (Based on availability)
  • Listing in Rendezvous booklet
  • Sponsors can attend the reception for additional exposure

Please let us know on the registration form if you will need an electrical outlet near your exhibit table, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Show & Tell Sessions

Exhibitors also have the opportunity to request a Show & Tell session. Time is set aside especially for exhibiting sponsors before and after the main sessions. Unlike the seminars, the Show & Tell room gives you a chance to sell your products and services to our members! A 20-minute time slot will be available to sponsors to communicate your message. Give a demonstration; present a slide show. The agenda in this room is up to you! Slots are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All slots for the Spring Rendezvous have been taken.

Please note that if exhibit space is canceled after Sunday, April 19th, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Full refunds will be given if cancellation notice is given before April 19th.
