Event Sponsorship Opportunities

There are many ways to enhance the event for our members while getting your messaging to them.

Game Card and Grand Prize Sponsor:
As the Game Card and Grand Prize Sponsor, you will host the game cards at your exhibit table.  Each card will have your company logo and info printed on it.  Each attendee receives a card during registration and once completed, they must drop them off at your booth.  During the drawing, you can address the crowd and announce the winner!

Backdrop Logo Sponsor:
Wouldn’t it be fun to have your logo on a red carpet-style backdrop used in our member photos taken on the red carpet!  Help them celebrate their success on the water by being a part of this annual event!

Coffee Break Sponsor:
Be remembered for providing attendees coffee during the morning break between seminars.  This sponsorship includes your 150-word message in the Rendezvous booklet, a few minutes to address the group, and signage at the coffee station.

Lunch Sponsor:
Just when a break from a long day of seminars is needed, put yourself front and center! Host a lunch for all attendees. This option includes five minutes to address the group, your 250-word message in the Rendezvous booklet, and signage at the lunch.

Join the Members at Meals:
Have lunch or dinner with the members during Rendezvous! Each exhibit fee includes two lunch packages, so please purchase additional lunch packages if you have more representatives who would like to enjoy the lunches.  Only Admiral sponsors receive two dinner packages with their exhibit space.
