Join AGLCA at the Marriott Norfolk Waterside in Norfolk, VA for the annual Spring Rendezvous! We are anticipating a crowd of over 300 Loopers with about 200 who are still planning for their adventure and about 100 who are in progress. 

Overall Event Times:  The event officially begins on Saturday, May 2nd when registration opens at 9:00 a.m. and the Rendezvous ends when the Tuesday sessions on May 5th wrap up at noon.

Nearest Airport: The Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is about 10 miles away from the event site.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The reservation deadline for the discounted rate of $162/night at the Marriott is Friday, April 10, 2026 so any rooms reserved after April 10th will be at the current rate, not the discounted rate.  Please note rooms are limited in the block at this point since Rendezvous registrants have already made and are continuing to make reservations. We suggest you make your reservation as soon as possible if you'd like a room at the Marriott.

Parking is available at the Main Street Garage and tickets can be validated at the front desk.  Self-parking with in/out privileges is $22/night and valet parking is $33/night.  Other parking garages are available and payment will be made at each garage's kiosk at the prevailing city rates.
