SeaRay 44 Aft Cabin
Many upgrades have been added to make her comfortable and pleasurable to live on.
The full enclosure on the bridge makes for comfortable cruising, no matter what the weather.
Bow and Stern Thrusters were installed in 2022.
Up to date Raymarine Axiom 60 Tri Data plotters with Radar, Raymarine ST 6000 auto pilot, and Raymarine- Ray 215 DSC VHF Radio.
There is a large airy aft bedroom, with a Queen size walk around bed, and adjoining head and fully enclosed shower.
Two Full length hanging closets as well as a multitude of drawers and cabinets for clothes storage.
Walking up from the bedroom, you enter a carpeted salon with hide-a-bed couch, and comfortable swivel chair.
There is a television mounted on aft bulkhead in entertainment center. Television is wired to antenna and to KVH4 receiver dome. Sony stereo in the entertainment cabinet, USB charge point installed on electrical panel.
Moving forward, you enter the galley with a Princess 3 burner electric stove and oven. Microwave in cabinet above the stove top. Large Norcold Fridge/Freezer running on 120 volts ac, or 12 volts dc.
The dinette seats 4 comfortably, and there are huge storage bins below the dinette seats. Below the dinette deck, a hatch opens to a large storage hold with shelves.
Dinette folds down to a double bed, and the upholstery in very good condition. Large amount of storage in cabinets and below deck through hatches in the cabin deck.
Forward of the galley is a large Queen size V berth. Cabin has its own Sealand electro-flush toilet, and enclosed shower with dual entrances from the cabin, or the galley. There is a recessed television at foot of the bed.
Aft deck has a hard top, fully enclosed with a new Isinglass enclosure, with Plexiglas wing doors to forward deck.
Bridge has new Bimini top, and full Isinglass enclosure. Installed 4 USB charge points on panel, 2 on port, and 2 on starboard.
The bridge is 4 steps up from aft deck, and salon 4 steps down from aft deck. Comfortable swivel seats for Captain, mate and guest at front of bridge. Settee on aft portion of the bridge for additional guests, or just relaxing!
