Destination, 44 ft Gulfstar Motor Yacht for Sale
After 20 plus years of cruising the Admiral and Captain have agreed it is time to sell our beloved Destination.
We completed the America's Great Loop in 2005, cruised the Caribbean as far south as Masaraat in 2015, gone back up and down the east coast to Ottawa, Canada, a summer in the Chesapeake, with numerous trips to the Bahamas and around Florida.
Destination is a 1986, 44-ft wide body Gulfstar Motor Yacht. Powered by (2) 3208T Caterpillar diesel engines, with walk-in engine room access. There is clearance on all sides of the engines for maintenance. House and Starting batteries, Hart inverter with a 9 kW Northern Lights generator. AC is Dometic (2) 1600 BTU air conditioners, Watermaker Desalination Islander, reverse osmosis water maker, capacity 18 gal/hr.
Single helm with Garmin radar and chart plotter in a fully enclosed isinglass, bimini top. The helm seats 4 with a cushioned sun deck. The dinghy is stored on the roof accessed by a Mar Quipt davit. The dingy is a 9-ft 6-in Brig, hard bottom with a 20-hp Outboard with electric start.
Forward deck includes Ideal windless, #66Bruce anchor and seperateFX-55 Fortress Storm anchor, 4 fenders with holders, Mar Quipt boarding ladder, and boarding steps.
The galley, seats 6, includes a full- size refrigerator, built in microwave convection oven, ice machine in the salon, ample storage room Everywhere!
She has 2 staterooms, 2 heads both with stand-up showers, and vacu-flush heads. An additional shower is located on the aft deck above the swim-platform and ladder. Master stateroom includes a queen bunk, 2 full length closets, a dresser and seating area. Forward stateroom includes a queen bunk, ½ length closet, and storage.
