What could be better than spending a beautiful day in May, surrounded by the exciting and vibrant waterfront city of Norfolk, attending educational seminars, socializing with fellow Loopers, and enjoying excellent cuisine? How about spending four beautiful days?

AGLCA’s Spring Rendezvous & Reunion is scheduled for May 7-10, 2012, at the gorgeous Sheraton Norfolk Waterside. This recently renovated hotel features free wi-fi in the lobby. You can connect on their terminals, or, bring your laptop for complimentary, wireless broadband!

Their Health Club, open from 6 am to 10 pm, features views of the pool and harbor, free weights, workout equipment, and more, and is free to guests.

The hotel serves deliciously prepared, fresh, local food, and your Rendezvous registration fee includes six group meals (this does not include meals on your own in the hotel restaurant)!

Those of you arriving by boat can take advantage of the many amenities at the Waterside Marina, located within walking distance of the event hotel. The marina offers free wi-fi, showers, laundry and an athletic club.

At the Rendezvous, there will be seminars covering navigation and information on the portion of the Loop between Norfolk, Va., and Rogersville, Ala., site of the Fall Rendezvous. Side seminars include side trips, engine maintenance and much more.

All of this, while staying in the heart of the historic Norfolk waterfront. The attractions are far too numerous to list here, but, a small sampling includes:
